ONLINE DEBIT ORDER MANDATE & CONSENT AGREEMENT

I, the undersigned, hereby grant consent to World E Hailing TA My Rides (Pty) Ltd
(Company Registration Number: 2023/220458/07), to collect amounts owing under the Ride Now Pay Later (RNPL) Membership Programme from my nominated bank account by way of debit order.

1. Authorisation to Debit

I authorise My Rides to instruct its appointed third-party debit order service provider to collect payments directly from my account.

This includes repayment of transport credits used under the RNPL programme, as well as any applicable fees.

2. Fees & Charges

A once-off RNPL Membership Fee of R550 is payable upon joining.

An Administration Fee of R350 will be charged for every credit/loan transaction taken under the RNPL programme.

No interest will be charged on any RNPL credit transactions.

3. Obligations

I agree to ensure that sufficient funds are available in my account on the due date(s) of collection.

In the event of a failed debit order, I understand that I remain liable for the outstanding balance and related fees.

4. Data Protection & Compliance

My Rides undertakes to protect my personal and financial information in line with the laws and regulations of South Africa (including POPIA) and any applicable regulations in other relevant jurisdictions.

My Rides shall only use third-party providers that comply with these legal requirements.

5. Duration & Cancellation

This mandate shall remain in force until all amounts owed are fully paid, or until cancelled by written notice from either party, subject to settlement of any outstanding balance.
